Saeed Ghani is a heritage FMCG brand with decades of trust and innovation. We are seeking a qualified Assistant Manager HR Operations to strengthen our HR team and ensure smooth operational efficiency, compliance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee EOBI, SESSI, and Gratuity processes in line with statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll management including salary processing, reconciliations, and resolving employee payroll queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance audits are conducted effectively.
- Monitor attendance system (Decibel or similar HRIS) and ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare HR-related reports using advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, etc.).
- Coordinate HR correspondence and compliance with factory and warehouse operations.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure effective industrial relations.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and documentation.
- Perform other HR operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent).
- 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance (preferably FMCG/Manufacturing sector).
- Strong knowledge of EOBI, SESSI, gratuity, labor laws, and industrial relations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
- Strong grip on MS Excel for reporting, analysis, and process automation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
