About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on payroll accuracy, provident fund management, and statutory compliance. The role also oversees core HR operations, including employee records, policies, and benefits administration, while providing timely HR reporting and analytics to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Payroll processes 5000+ with accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee Provident Fund (PF) Management and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Handle core HR Operations, including employee records, policies, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely reporting and HR data analytics for management decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF Management, and HR Operations.
  • Excel Proficiency: 8/10 or higher.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
