We are seeking a Remote Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who:

Thrives in digital marketing and content creation

Enjoys building campaigns that convert leads into customers

Values flexibility and autonomy while driving measurable results

What You'll Do

As our Remote Marketing Manager, you will:

Design & Optimize Funnels – Build landing pages, email sequences, and lead magnets; run A/B tests; and track conversion performance in our CRM.

Create Engaging Content – Script, produce, and edit short-form videos and graphics with strong hooks to engage both younger and older audiences.

Influencer Outreach – Identify and connect with influencers, craft personalized outreach messages, and nurture long-term relationships.

Lead Outreach – Initiate personalized DMs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to spark genuine conversations and guide leads down the funnel.

Value Content & Design – Create educational assets such as PDFs, guides, and infographics tailored to different demographics.

Community Building – Manage WhatsApp groups by posting tips, prompts, and updates 3–4 times weekly to keep leads warm and engaged.

Audience Segmentation & CRM – Segment audiences in GoHighLevel CRM and ensure all interactions, funnel activities, and results are logged and trackable.

Tools You'll Use

CRM & Automation: GoHighLevel, Zapier/Make

Content Creation: ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI

Design & Video: Canva, Descript, Adobe Creative Suite

Scheduling: Calendly, integrated tools

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and creative storytelling skills

Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media

Familiarity with CRM systems and automation workflows

Comfort with video editing/design tools (Canva, Adobe, Descript)

Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
