About the Role

We are looking for a Software Solution Architect who excels at bridging business needs with cutting-edge technical solutions. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical depth, and leadership. You will be responsible for designing scalable software architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to implementation.

Our current backend stack includes C# / ASP.NET Core, Python, PHP, JSON, Bash, and occasional integrations using JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business partners to deliver effective software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical architectures aligned with product goals.
• Define and review high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Oversee product releases, ensuring smooth deployment and strong customer adoption.
• Provide technical leadership for innovation and early adoption projects, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, product owners, and business leaders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and proposing system enhancements.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, present solutions, and develop actionable implementation plans.
• Stay current with client products, best practices, and Agile development methodologies.
• Analyze reports, identify risks or blockers, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Recommend improvements to clients' digital ecosystems and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in Software Solution Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in modern languages.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of computing and storage platforms, operating systems, DevOps pipelines, and automation tools.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with Risk Management frameworks.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (required).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
