Role Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded Solution Architect with a minimum of 15 years' experience in .NET, Java, and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP). This individual will serve as a client-facing leader who can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business needs.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders, mentoring teams, and delivering solutions that align with both business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Solution Design
  • Define and oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend optimal technology stacks for projects.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, industry best practices, and client requirements.
  • Client-Facing Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leading architecture discussions and presenting solutions to executives and technical teams.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and roadmaps.
  • Support pre-sales and business development activities including solution demos, proposals, and cost estimations.
  • Technical Guidance & Mentorship
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture, coding standards, and technology adoption.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide workarounds for complex or critical issues.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements in solution delivery.
  • Business Development & Costing
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to support RFP/RFI responses.
  • Provide technical input into business cases, ROI analysis, and solution costing.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth through technology initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 15+ years in software development and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC), Java frameworks, APIs, Angular/React.
  • Strong background in Azure (Service Fabric, Service Bus, Databases) or other cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Prior experience working directly with international clients is an advantage.
