smart, reliable, and creative AI Automation & Marketing Specialist
who can seamlessly blend technical execution with marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will help us build and optimize scalable systems for
coaches

AI-driven automation

sales funnel optimization
.

You will be our go-to expert for building, automating, and maintaining systems across
GoHighLevel (GHL)
and various other automation tools.

What You'll Work On
:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
    : Create, optimize, and maintain campaign automations, funnels, pipelines, triggers, and contact segmentation.
  • AI Chatbots & Voice AI
    : Setup and training of AI agents (e.g.,
    Retell
    ,
    Vapi
    ,
    Synthflow
    ) and chatbots (e.g.,
    ManyChat
    ,
    Botpress
    ,
    Voiceflow
    ) for lead engagement.
  • Marketing Automation
    : Design multi-channel follow-up flows (SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice) to convert leads into appointments and sales.
  • API Integrations
    : Orchestrate workflows, sync data, and integrate CRMs and calendars with platforms like

  • Lead Nurture Systems
    : Build systems that manage lead capture, nurturing, and conversion with a strong focus on
    CRO
    and
    cold lead conversion
    .

  • Proven experience

  • Strong understanding of
    marketing funnels

    (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Familiarity with
    AI-driven chatbots
    and
    Voice AI agents
    (e.g.,

    ,
    Voiceflow
    ).
  • Basic understanding
    of
    sales funnels
    ,
    email marketing
    , and
    lead segmentation
    strategies.
  • Python
    and
    API integration skills
    to build scalable workflows and integrate various tools.
  • Ability to work

    automated workflows
    that drive results, not just execute tasks.
