Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Rehabilitation Coordinator
located in Islamabad. The Rehabilitation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing rehabilitation services, including case management, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure effective rehabilitation. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy
  • Strong Case Management skills
  • Effective Communication skills for engaging with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Experience in Rehabilitation services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare or related fields
  • Previous experience in healthcare coordination is advantageous
  • Empathy and compassion for patient care
