Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated
Product Specialist (Sales)
to manage the sales, promotion, and technical support of
Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Equipment
. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical or technical understanding with proven sales skills, capable of identifying opportunities, closing deals, and providing professional product support to healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions for physiotherapists and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., department heads, procurement managers, physiotherapists).
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and participate in exhibitions, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring proper product usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to suggest business growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and client interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Physiotherapy, Health Sciences
    , or a related field.
  • Fresh or 6 months of experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales
    , preferably in physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment.
  • Strong understanding of physiotherapy modalities, rehabilitation systems, and clinical applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, energetic, and comfortable working towards targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
