Position Title: HR Intern

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Help with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
