We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)
to support our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in international hiring, sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process within a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing the recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support international hiring processes across different regions and time zones.
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure proper documentation.
- Contribute to ensuring a smooth candidate experience during the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Stay informed about current trends in recruitment, job market insights, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment marketing campaigns and employee referral programs.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
