About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn about the full scope of HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide support in performance evaluation and feedback collection.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and internal communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month
