We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce by managing the hiring process—especially for our Design Campaign team.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth hiring and onboarding of new employees. Your primary focus will be to identify and attract qualified candidates for the Design Campaign, manage interviews, and support new joiners during their orientation period.

You will also be expected to maintain a professional work environment, collaborate closely with team leads, and ensure that all HR operations are aligned with the company's culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for the Design Campaign and other roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare regular recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken is a must).
  • Previous experience in hiring for Design Campaign roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
