We're expanding our team and looking for a proactive and dependable HR Executive to manage key HR functions during the night shift. If you're passionate about people, processes, and creating a smooth workflow, we'd love to meet you

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for night-shift roles
  • Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance
  • Address employee queries and support night-shift staff
  • Assist in performance monitoring and attendance management
  • Coordinate with day-shift HR teams for updates and handovers

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good understanding of HR procedures and documentation
  • Comfortable working night shift (onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
