About the Role:

Xtend Systems is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and able to handle HR tasks independently during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing).
  • Conduct onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
  • Handle attendance, leaves, and HR operational tasks.
  • Address employee concerns and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR records.
  • Support performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment (BPO experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.
  • Ability to work Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
  • Good command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
