We are looking for a
Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

to monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations of our critical warehouse and order management systems. The role involves proactive issue detection, escalation management, interdepartmental coordination, and maintaining system uptime in a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor dashboards, alerts, and network systems to identify and resolve performance or service issues.
  • Detect and report anomalies before they affect operations, ensuring quick response and escalation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot incidents using the Knowledge Base System (KBS); update KBS regularly with new findings.
  • Review order lifecycle processes from order placement to delivery, ensuring smooth flow and timely escalation of issues (e.g., stuck orders, uncreated picks, waiting labels).
  • Log and manage incidents in JIRA or related ticketing tools and follow up until resolution.
  • Prepare shift-end reports, incident summaries, and maintain proper documentation for audit and performance tracking.
  • Act as a communication bridge between NOC, Warehouse, Customer Service, Development, and Helpdesk teams.
  • Support and coordinate across departments during service incidents, ensuring all updates are communicated clearly and promptly.
  • Proactively escalate critical incidents to ensure minimal downtime and operational continuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in NOC or IT Operations (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also apply).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Cronitor, dashboards, or equivalent).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
