We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced courier company. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, track shipments, and ensure every customer has a positive experience. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person.

· Track packages and provide real-time updates to customers.

· Resolve complaints, delivery issues, or disputes efficiently and professionally.

· Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

· Process orders, schedule pickups, and enter shipping details into the system.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

· Handle billing questions and assist with invoicing or payment concerns.

· Provide product/service information and upsell courier solutions when appropriate.

· Adhere to company policies, service standards, and customer service protocols.

· Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus).

· Proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or courier services.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

· Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Calm under pressure, especially during peak business hours.

· Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours, if needed.
