Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lahore District. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer accounts, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. The role will require excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a dedication to upholding the brand's reputation.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and building positive customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the perfume or luxury goods industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
