We are a growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional services. We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and take our brand's online presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform
  • Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction
  • Run paid ad campaigns and optimize performance
  • Track and analyze metrics to measure campaign success and provide reports
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative skills
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs50,000.00 per month
