Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a highly creative and analytical individual who can develop and manage content calendars, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and stay updated on the latest industry trends. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills to manage a social media team, coordinate with designers to ensure timely content delivery, and engage with clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and oversee content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to optimize social media strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Identify target audiences and segment them for more effective campaign implementation.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets and performance.
  • Develop high-quality ad creatives and social media content, including text, image, and video content.
  • Strategize and manage multi-platform social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Handle client communication, provide campaign updates, and address their needs professionally.
  • Lead and manage a remote social media team, ensuring timely task execution and maintaining a productive workflow.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
  • Optimize engagement strategies by responding to audience interactions and maintaining brand voice consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or a similar role.
  • Expertise in handling various social media platforms and understanding their algorithms.
  • Experience in developing and managing content calendars effectively.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to enhance social media strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in audience targeting and segmentation for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of ad creation and content development best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills for remote work.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
