As a
SaaS Implementation Specialist
, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing customized SaaS-based tools for customers in collaboration with other Professional Services team members.

You will achieve success by understanding (and documenting) customer objectives and business requirements, configuring solutions based on recommended best practices (including working with customer data), onboarding customers, training them on the solution, and ensuring that all solution components are working as expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing customized SaaS-based tools based on customer requirements.
  • Reviewing customer pre-implementation questionnaires to understand and document business requirements for review and confirmation.
  • Analyzing customer data for import into SaaS solutions.
  • Configuring SaaS solutions according to recommended best practices.
  • Onboarding customers and conducting training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the solution.
  • Working with developer platforms (Google/iOS) for integrations and deployments.
  • Using project management tools like JIRA, Wrike, or similar to manage and track project progress.
  • Documenting solution configurations for review and confirmation.
  • Tracking and entering time spent on assigned project tasks daily.
  • Maintaining up-to-date project information and artifacts for assigned tasks in the designated systems.
  • Reporting any internal or customer-facing system issues (bugs) for analysis and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience working with customer data for migration between systems.
  • Hands-on experience with developer platforms such as Google/iOS.
  • Familiarity with project management software like JIRA, Wrike, or similar tools.
  • Proactive in raising concerns and clarifying activities.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a software implementation role, SaaS onboarding, or a similar position preferred.
