Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Customer Assistance: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Order Management: Streamlining Fulfillment Processes.
  • Assist in processing returns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of tracking numbers for seamless order tracking.
  • Customer Service Chats: Effective Account Support.
  • Engage in live customer service chats.
  • Address account-related matters and provide solutions effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Efficient Customer Interaction.
  • Utilize computer operations, including data entry, for managing customer interactions.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Key Software.
  • Exhibit familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Language Proficiency: Clear Communication with Customers.
  • Possess a good command of written and spoken English for effective customer communication.

Qualifications:

Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.

Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.

E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce or familiarity with eBay operations is a valuable plus.

You must be able to bring your own laptop to the office daily.
