Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medicare Call Center Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Medicare Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to Medicare services, provide information and assistance, address customer inquiries, process applications and documentation, and maintain accurate records. The representative will also follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience, particularly in a call center environment
- Knowledge of Medicare services and related procedures
- Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training is a plus
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
