Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality design solutions.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and CMS platforms to anticipate technical constraints and opportunities in designs.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Translate business needs and user insights into intuitive and engaging design experiences.

  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

  • Maintain design consistency across platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance team capabilities.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design

  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility

  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

  • Experience in client interaction, requirements gathering, and design presentations

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
