We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead UI/UX Designer
to drive the end-to-end design vision for our complex digital service platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric experiences and setting design standards that scale across products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design vision and strategy for digital platforms, ensuring user-centric and intuitive product experiences.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Own, evolve, and maintain the design system to ensure scalability, accessibility, and brand consistency across all digital products.
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and collaborative sessions to align stakeholders and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and design excellence.
  • Advocate for user needs by integrating research insights and data-driven decision-making into the design process.
  • Deliver production-ready assets in
    Figma
    and ensure pixel-perfect implementation in partnership with development teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools, particularly
    Figma
    .
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design.
  • Experience leading design workshops and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design decisions.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior designers is highly desirable.
