Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a UI/UX Design Lead (Equity Only) at Yallawayn. The UI/UX Design Lead will be responsible for leading design efforts, developing mockups, creating visual designs, and prototyping. The role will also involve collaborating with front-end development teams to ensure cohesive and user-centric designs. Daily tasks will include conducting user experience research, iterating on design solutions based on feedback, and ensuring the final product meets the company's design standards and user needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping
  • Understanding of Full UX-Process
  • Strong skills in User Experience Design (UED)
  • Knowledge of Front-End Development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience leading design teams is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
