Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in the Lahore District. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline the daily operations of the certification body, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and organizational protocols. This role involves managing workflow efficiency, supervising team performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and certification requirements. Additionally, the Operations Manager will collaborate with clients to ensure operational goals are met and will lead efforts to improve processes and output quality.

Qualifications

  • Operational Management, Workflow Optimization, and Team Supervision skills
  • Strategic Planning and Process Improvement experience
  • Strong understanding of ISO certification standards and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, client management, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in technology and tools relevant to operations management
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in quality assurance or the certification industry is a plus
