Position Overview

Responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the medical billing workflow, and directly assisting the executive management in administrative, financial, and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise daily activities of all departments including billing, credentialing, sales, HR, and IT.


• Monitor claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and denial management performance.


• Maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for each team.


• Coordinate with the executive management on client onboarding, contracts, and new process rollouts.


• Implement SOPs to standardize internal processes and ensure compliance with HIPAA and U.S. healthcare regulations.


• Track staff schedules, attendance, and productivity metrics.


• Oversee cash flow, expense tracking, and invoice approvals.


• Handle vendor relations, procurement, and basic accounting coordination.


• Prepare daily and weekly performance summaries for management review.


• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.


• Coordinate communication between U.S. clients and the Lahore office.


• Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare BPO operations.


• Strong understanding of RCM workflows including eligibility, claims, AR, and denials.


• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP tools (Odoo preferred).


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST/CST overlap).
