Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Lahore. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage supply chains, ensure optimal resource utilization, and drive efficiency across teams. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing and implementing strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals. The candidate will also analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.

  • Experience in the luxury or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
