About the Role:

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for an IT Support Engineer. You'll be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting internal users to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and devices.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory and G Suite
  • Monitor network performance, system security, and data backups.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for system upgrades, IT purchases, and security implementations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Provide remote support for offsite or hybrid employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support experience (preferably in corporate or technology-driven environments).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, printers, and VoIP systems.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CCNA are a plus.
