Registered with the Punjab Charity Commission and Social Welfare Department of Punjab, the hospital has successfully treated more than 4 million people over its 4-decade journey. Annually, over 150,000 patients benefit from the treatment facilities offered. The Trust continues to grow stronger with the support of donors and stakeholders, and all donations are tax exempted under section 2(36) of the income tax ordinance 2001.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Support Engineer located in Lahore District. The System Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Daily tasks include system administration, managing operating systems, and ensuring network security. The engineer will work closely with other IT staff to maintain and enhance the hospital's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • System Administration and Operating Systems knowledge
  • Network Security skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
