Job Description

Position Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore

Timings: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Note: This position is focused on 3D product design, hard-surface modeling, animation, and rendering — not related to the gaming industry or low-poly game art.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced 3D Modeling:
    Expert-level proficiency in
    hard surface modeling, optimized topology, UV unwrapping, and material creation
    .
  • Photorealistic Rendering:
    Mastery of multiple rendering pipelines (including
    Cycles, Eevee, & Keyshot
    ) to deliver
    photo-realistic visuals
    and polished
    post-processing
    .
  • Motion Graphics:
    Creating compelling
    3D animations
    , including
    exploding view animations
    and technical breakdowns.
  • Asset Creation:
    Developing final
    3D models for printing/manufacturing
    and designing custom textures/patterns.
  • Creative Conception:
    Translating high-level project requirements into
    conceptual creative ideas
    and actionable 3D strategies.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) Ownership:
    Serve as the
    final technical and artistic approver
    for all assets, ensuring the highest visual and technical standards prior to delivery.
  • Mentorship & Development:
    Mentor and coach
    junior and senior artists on technical skills, workflow best practices, and artistic development.
  • Technical Problem-Solving:
    Proactively
    troubleshoot and resolve
    complex technical issues within the 3D pipeline and project files.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tools and Softwares:
    Blender (compulsory), Solidworks, Keyshot, Cycles/EEVEE rendering engine, Adobe suite
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, 3D Art, or a related technical field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of
    4+ years
    of professional experience in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering, with at least
    1 year in a mentorship or lead capacity
    .
  • Portfolio:
    A
    strong, detailed portfolio
    demonstrating mastery of composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting in industrial/product visualization.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent
    communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
    with the ability to clearly articulate technical and artistic feedback.
