Role Overview

As a 3D Artist at Deployed, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, and models for real-time applications and interactive experiences.

You'll collaborate with developers, designers, and creative leads to produce stunning visuals that bring ideas to life across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 3D models, textures, and materials for real-time engines.
  • Design high- and low-poly assets optimized for performance and realism.
  • Work closely with art directors and developers to maintain visual consistency.
  • Ensure assets meet quality, scale, and style requirements.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams (design, animation, dev) for seamless integration.
  • Stay updated with latest tools, trends, and optimization techniques.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
  • Proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong knowledge of PBR workflow, UV mapping, lighting, and shading.
  • Experience working with real-time engines (Unreal Engine / Unity).
  • Solid understanding of asset optimization for performance.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D artwork (required).
  • Excellent attention to detail and sense of aesthetics.
  • Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in environment art, prop modeling, or character design.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR pipelines or interactive 3D experiences.
