We're looking for a Technical Personal Assistant who's highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, scheduling, and documentation ensuring smooth coordination across meetings, tasks, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage meetings using platforms like Google Calendar, Zoom, or Meet.
  • Draft, edit, and organize documents using Google Docs.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and data in Google Sheets.
  • Assist in creating structured workflows, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all digital files and folders are neatly organized and accessible.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant (technical or administrative background preferred).
  • Strong command over Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Trello.
  • Basic understanding of digital workflows or automation tools.
