Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Female Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresher with a proactive attitude, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. The candidate will provide administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations. Must have own laptop

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and maintain communication with clients or stakeholders.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Run personal errands as needed, such as shopping or managing household tasks.
  • Assist with social media management or other digital tasks as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate or FA (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
  • Experience: Fresher or minimal experience; training will be provided.
  • Skills:
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet browsing).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Requirements: Must own a personal laptop in good working condition.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Additional Information

  • Location: Rehmanabad Rawalpindi.
  • Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs15, Rs20,000.00 per month
