  • Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
  • Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Onsite only, no remote option)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 4 years

Note: Strong English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory. You will be leading daily client-facing technical discussions, guiding developers, and providing solution-oriented consultations. Confidence and clarity in communication are essential.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Voice Manager with a solid background in full-stack development and project leadership. This role involves managing end-to-end software, mobile, and web projects while also contributing technically—whether it's coding, pair programming, or designing solution architectures.

This position blends technical expertise, project management, and client engagement, making it perfect for someone who excels in leadership and enjoys delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete lifecycle of web, mobile, and software development projects
  • Serve as the lead technical representative during client meetings, demos, and requirement sessions
  • Support developers through pair programming or hands-on coding when required
  • Convert client requirements into actionable tasks, timelines, and workflows
  • Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure timely delivery, code quality, and alignment with client goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: design, QA, and DevOps
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, mentor developers, and optimize performance
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and conduct performance reviews

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of proven experience in development and technical project management
  • Strong expertise in:
  • PHP & WordPress (custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce)
  • MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, )
  • PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, )
  • React Native for cross-platform mobile apps
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Python
  • Knowledge of deployment processes, API integrations, Git/version control
  • Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to write and review production-level code
