Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Analyst located in Islamabad. The
System Analyst
will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating detailed business processes, conducting systems analysis, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. The role involves gathering and evaluating data to identify areas of improvement, documenting business needs, and translating them into technical specifications.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Systems Analysis skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and developing Business Requirements
  • Experience in creating and optimizing Business Processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 2 years plus experience working as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
