The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that align with business needs. The role involves gathering requirements, evaluating existing systems, proposing enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure systems deliver efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The incumbent will act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of business processes into functional IT solutions.

Responsibities:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
  • Develop solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
  • Develop project plans.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
  • Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
  • Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
  • Creating monthly performance reports.
  • Making UML diagrams including swim lanes, activity diagrams, DFDs and Sequence diagrams.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst.
  • Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good report writing skills.

Qualification and Skills:

  • 4 years Bachelors in Computer Science / Information Technology/MBA-IT from some reputed foreign or HEC-recognized institution.
  • 3 Years (Relevant Experience will be preferred)
