Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding (account creation, permissions, and equipment setup).
  • Provide remote support to users through tools such as AnyDesk.
  • Offer Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
  • Ensure endpoint security, antivirus management, and backup procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSCS / BSIT).
  • 6 months – 1 years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, MS Office, and standard IT hardware.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with antivirus tools, endpoint protection, and backup practices.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
