Overview:

Avenir Developments is seeking a high-performance Senior Business Development Manager to lead direct sales for our flagship project –
NORA Residences Islamabad
, a walled and gated residential apartment development in Islamabad. This role is strictly for professionals with a proven sales track record in the real estate sector, specifically in apartment or residential project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Units at
    NORA Residences Islamabad
    : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly apartment sales targets.
  • High-Intent Lead Conversion:
    Follow up and close high-potential leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Client Management:
    Build trust-based relationships with investors, buyers, and brokers.
  • Sales Pipeline Ownership:
    Manage CRM, maintain updated records, and push deals toward closure.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to position NORA Residences competitively.
  • Reporting:
    Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management with clear metrics and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 Years Proven Sales Experience in Real Estate
    (Preferably Apartments or High-Rise Projects).
  • Demonstrated ability to close
    residential sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Must be based in
    Islamabad/Rawalpindi
    .
