Lead the internal audit function, overseeing audits of financial, operational, and clinical processes in line with hospital standards.

  • Develop and implement a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with strategic and regulatory priorities.
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to the Board/Audit Committee with actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and ethical practices across departments.

Qualifications:

  • CA, CIA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance/Audit) from a recognized institution
  • Certification in Internal Audit or Risk Management is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum
    7–10 years
    of experience in internal audit, including
    3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Prior experience in
    hospital or healthcare industry
    is
    strongly preferred
