Are you a self-starter with a proven track record in purchasing and supply chain management in five-star hotel environments? We are seeking a Purchase/Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory
management, and vendor
relationship

across our multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring each operates at peak efficiency while maintaining uncompromised quality.

Desired Experience:
5–8 years in purchasing and supply chain roles within the luxury hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for all restaurants, ensuring timely supply and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain par-level inventories across outlets to prevent stock imbalances.
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software and vendor management tools.
  • Develop vendor partnerships, negotiate favorable contracts, and ensure product quality.
  • Analyze consumption trends for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Uphold compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with culinary and operations teams to align purchasing with menu requirements.

Ideal Incumbent:

  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Prior experience in a five-star hotel purchasing environment is
