Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design, strong conceptual thinking, and a portfolio that shows a clear ability to create premium, on-brand visuals. You'll lead the creative development of marketing materials, social media content, campaigns, brand assets, and more ensuring everything aligns with Aesthetics Lab's high-end image.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, ads, packaging, and digital content

Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and clinical teams to bring campaigns to life

Design high-conversion landing pages, email templates, and social media graphics

Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints

Oversee photo editing, retouching, and visual storytelling for before/after images

Provide art direction and manage junior designers or freelancers when needed

Stay current on design trends in the aesthetics, beauty, and luxury industries

Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand standards and business goals

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role

A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end branding and marketing design work

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry is highly desirable
