Role Overview

We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to manage and scale Centric's marketing operations. This is a remote roleo pen to candidates based in Karachi, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Lebanon.

This is a role of 
complete ownership:
you will be responsible for managing your own time, tracking deliverables, and ensuring outcomes. At Centric,
ownership is a promotion-or-firing event
 — if you can deliver results and generate quality leads, you will grow with us; if you cannot manage your time and deliverables, this role is not the right fit.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Content Management

  • Manage Centric's main website and develop 
    industry or service specific micro-sites
     (e.g., oil & gas, healthcare, government weather applications).
  • Establish and maintain 
    web pages
  • Drive Centric's 
    blogging and content calendar
    , ensuring consistent, high-quality updates.

SEO & SEM

  • Own
    SEO results
    and work closely with existing SEO team
  • Manage and optimize 
    SEM campaigns
     (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Continuously track KPIs to ensure 
    ROI-focused lead generation
    .

Social Media & Creative Direction

  • Lead Centric's 
    social media presence
     with regular updates, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Brief and oversee the 
    creative design team
     for graphics, infographics, and videos.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with business goals.

Campaigns & Micro-Sites

  • Plan and launch 
    campaign-specific landing pages and micro-sites
     to highlight niche expertise.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance for conversions.

Partner & Client Relations

  • Manage 
    technology partnerships and alliances
    .
  • Collaborate with the sales and BD team to support proposals, presentations, and case studies.

Company Collaterals

  • Take 
    full ownership
     of Centric's 
    marketing assets

  • Presentation templates (client decks, proposals, case studies)
  • Brand imagery and design systems
  • Brochures, flyers, and product sheets
  • Event & exhibition materials

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in 
    digital marketing
    , with strong 
    hands-on website management
    .
  • Proficient in 
    Enterprise
    CMS platforms
     (Umbraco, SharePoint, Pimcore, or similar).
  • Skilled in 
    SEO/SEM tools
     (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Proven track record in 
    lead generation for B2B technology services
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    social media marketing
    .
  • Excellent collaboration with 
    creative teams
     for design-driven campaigns.
  • Very Strong Spoken and Written English
  • Experience in 
    enterprise IT, SaaS, or government-scale solutions
     is a major plus.
