Job description:

Katib (Pvt) Ltd is looking to hire a skilled and motivated candidates for the position of Telesales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers to promote and sell the company's products and services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
  • Accurately record customer details and purchase information.
  • Daily achievements.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Maintain customer accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Use company-provided sales scripts to handle customer queries and objections.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company offerings to make relevant product recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of customer behavior and strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, confident phone presence, and goal-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs42,000.00 per month
