We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to contact potential customers using pre-qualified leads and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
  • Follow provided scripts and sales techniques to pitch services/products
  • Convert leads into successful sales
  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
  • Meet daily and weekly sales targets
  • Provide clear and professional communication with clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques (training can be provided)
  • Must be punctual and able to work on-site
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: 20,000 PKR per month
  • Commission: 10% per sale
  • Additional performance-based incentives may be offered
  • The better you work the better pay

Working Hours

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Full-time, on-site position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
