About the Role:

We are looking for a Jr. HR Manager to manage HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee management, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support employee queries and maintain smooth workplace operations
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR policies
  • Coordinate with different departments for daily HR needs
  • Assist in performance tracking and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of basic HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office
