One of the leading technology business in Lahore.
Job Description:
Looking for an HR Executive with at least 3 years of experience working in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Actively headhunt and build pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Rozee, Mustakbil, etc.
- Collaborate with team leads to define job requirements and hiring plans.
- Support and manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communication.
- Maintain and regularly update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and employees alike.
- Interest in employer branding and improving workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience specifically in an IT services company.
- Good professional experience with a proven track record.
Active LinkedIn profile demonstrating professional engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, and basic HR systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools and remote hiring practices.

Work Mode: ONSITE - Full Time
Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
Experience: 3-4 years
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 10am-7pm
