Position Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying AI-powered conversational voice bots that conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and seamlessly transfer prospects to licensed insurance agents in the United States.

Your Mission:

  • Develop production grade AI Voice Bots using industry leading frameworks.
  • Implement ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) abd TTS (Text-to-Speech) for natural interactions.
  • Train and optimize NLP/NLU models for insurance-focused call flows.
  • Integrate with telephonic systems (Twilio, Five9, SIP/VoIP) and CRM platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with TCPA, HIPAA, and insurance regulations.
  • Conduct testing, monitoring, and continuous improvements.

You Story:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in CS, Software Engineering, AI/ML or DataScience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Conversational AI, NLP and Speech Technologies.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, DialogFlow, or LLM-based APIs.
  • Experience in Telephony integration, VoIP/SIP protocols and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks for outbound calling.
