Job Overview

We are seeking a talented
Full Stack AI Engineer
to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end applications that power our AI-driven solutions. You will work across both frontend and backend, collaborating closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into user-facing applications. Your expertise will ensure seamless deployment of AI systems with a focus on performance, security, and reliability at scale — from building intuitive interfaces to managing robust backend services.

Location:
6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

Timings:
12pm – 9pm

Salary:
Up to 150K (based on expertise)

Experience:
2 years minimum

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack skills , Bun, or Python + )
  • Hands-on experience with speech AI (Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of real-time audio streaming (WebRTC/WebSockets)
  • Experience with LLM integration & orchestration
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) & DevOps
  • Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, vector databases, and Kafka

Nice-to-haves:
Telephony APIs (Twilio, Vapi), audio processing (FFmpeg), AI voice UX, open-source contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate speech AI systems (STT, TTS, ASR)
  • Develop real-time streaming pipelines and APIs
  • Design and scale backend services / Bun / Python)
  • Build dashboards with & Tailwind
  • Orchestrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, etc.) with voice pipelines
  • Deploy on AWS with CI/CD, monitoring, and scalability
  • Collaborate with product & AI research teams, owning features end-to-end
