About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with a strong background in Python development and

hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate workflows, optimize

business processes, and build intelligent tools for our AI-driven platforms.

This role requires a blend of software engineering, AI integration, and automation expertise—someone

who can take ideas from concept to production, build scalable systems, and continuously refine them

using data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
:

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Python and modern frameworks (e.g.,

FastAPI, LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or similar).

Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, etc.) into existing systems for process automation, data

enrichment, or intelligent decision-making.

Develop API-based automations across platforms like Notion, Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, HubSpot,

or custom CRMs.

Implement ETL pipelines, data processing tasks, and task schedulers.

Work with n8n, , or Airflow to orchestrate workflows between systems.

Maintain effective client communication and ensure successful deal closure through professional

relationship management and strategic follow-ups.

Ensure robust testing, logging, and monitoring for all automation processes.

Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to deploy solutions in

production.

Stay up to date with emerging AI models, APIs, and automation tools to continuously improve internal

systems.

Required Skills & Experience
:

3+ years of experience in automation or backend engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python (async, API development, scripting, data handling).

Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI function calling.

Familiarity with API integrations and third-party services (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks).

Solid understanding of task orchestration tools (n8n, Airflow, Celery, etc.).

Experience working with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to design modular, scalable automation architectures.

**Preferred Qualifications:

Experience deploying Python**
apps on AWS / GCP / Azure.

Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate).

Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.

Exposure to AI agent frameworks or automation via MCP / OpenAI Apps SDK.

Prior experience in SaaS, CRM, or internal tools automation projects.
